NightGo Laundry is operated by Night Go Trading and Services Co., Ltd. (Công ty TNHH MTV Thương mại và Dịch vụ Night Go, tax code 1702368808), Hẻm 124 Trần Hưng Đạo, Khu 1, Dương Đông, Phú Quốc, An Giang, Vietnam. This policy explains what we collect when you message us on WhatsApp, or chat on our website, and what we do with it.

What we collect

  • Your WhatsApp phone number and profile name, when you message us on WhatsApp.
  • The messages you send us, including your name, phone number, estimated laundry weight, pickup address and any notes.
  • A map location, only if you choose to share one, used to find your pickup point.
  • Order details: order code, status and timestamps.

Why we use it

  • To answer your questions, arrange pickup and delivery, and update you on your order.
  • To pass your request to our staff and translate messages between you and our staff.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Automated assistant and service providers

Replies on WhatsApp and web chat are written by an automated assistant (AI). A person from our shop handles confirmations, prices outside our price list and anything that needs a decision. To run the service we share the minimum data needed with:

  • Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) to send and receive WhatsApp messages;
  • Google (Gemini API), and Mistral AI as a backup, to understand your messages and draft replies and translations;
  • Telegram and/or Zalo, used only to notify our staff about your order;
  • Cloudflare, which carries traffic to our server.

Finding your order by phone number

Your phone number is your order number. On our website, anyone who enters a phone number can see the orders and the chat linked to that number (name, pickup address, notes and messages). Please do not share details in the chat that you would not want someone who knows your number to see. If you prefer, ask us to delete the chat once your order is done.

Partner codes

Some hotels, homestays and drivers recommend us and have a partner code (for example H01). If you enter a partner code in your order, or arrive through a partner's QR code and keep the code in the order form, we store that code with your order so we can pay the partner a referral fee once the order is done. Your price is the same with or without a code. Partners only see the order code, date and amount for their fee, never your name, phone number or address. Scanning a partner QR code is only counted as an anonymous number; we do not record who scanned it.

How long we keep it

Chat sessions without an order are deleted automatically within about a day of inactivity. Order records are kept as long as needed to complete your order and for our business records. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your choices

To access, correct or delete your data, or to stop receiving messages, message us on WhatsApp or call 0368 959 310. You can also simply stop messaging us.

NightGo Laundry do Công ty TNHH MTV Thương mại và Dịch vụ Night Go (MST 1702368808) vận hành. Khi bạn nhắn tiệm qua WhatsApp hoặc khung chat trên web, tiệm lưu: số điện thoại và tên WhatsApp, nội dung tin nhắn (tên, số điện thoại, số kg ước tính, địa chỉ lấy đồ, ghi chú), vị trí trên bản đồ nếu bạn gửi, và thông tin đơn.

Dữ liệu chỉ dùng để trả lời, sắp xếp lấy và giao đồ, báo trạng thái đơn và dịch tin giữa bạn với tiệm. Tiệm không bán dữ liệu và không dùng cho quảng cáo. Tin trả lời do trợ lý tự động (AI) soạn; xác nhận đơn và các quyết định do người của tiệm làm. Dữ liệu cần thiết được chuyển qua Meta (WhatsApp), Google Gemini và Mistral AI (hiểu tin, soạn trả lời, dịch), Telegram hoặc Zalo (báo cho nhân viên), Cloudflare (đường truyền tới máy chủ).

Số điện thoại là mã đơn của bạn: trên web, ai gõ một số điện thoại sẽ xem được đơn và đoạn chat gắn với số đó (tên, địa chỉ lấy đồ, ghi chú, tin nhắn). Đừng ghi vào chat những gì bạn không muốn người biết số mình nhìn thấy. Đơn xong, bạn có thể nhờ tiệm xoá đoạn chat.

Mã đối tác: nếu bạn nhập mã của khách sạn/tài xế giới thiệu (vd H01) vào đơn, tiệm lưu mã đó cùng đơn để trả phí giới thiệu cho đối tác khi đơn xong. Giá của bạn không đổi dù có mã hay không. Đối tác chỉ thấy mã đơn, ngày và số tiền tính phí, không thấy tên, số điện thoại hay địa chỉ của bạn. Lượt quét QR chỉ được đếm số, không ghi lại ai quét.

Phiên chat không có đơn tự xoá sau khoảng một ngày không hoạt động. Thông tin đơn giữ đủ để hoàn tất đơn và lưu sổ sách. Muốn xem, sửa hoặc xoá dữ liệu, nhắn tiệm qua WhatsApp hoặc gọi 0368 959 310.
