Yes. We weigh your laundry dry and always send you a photo of the scale with the total (kg × rate, plus delivery if used; under 3 kg is a fixed 130,000₫ plus the delivery fee we quoted). Dry laundry is weighed before washing; wet clothes are washed and dried first, then weighed, so you never pay for water. Fixed prices. The only extra is separate washing (a machine just for your items) at 60,000₫ per machine, only if you ask and always quoted first. We don't do stain removal.
