You drop off a small bag, it comes back clean and folded, and you never see what happened in between. For a lot of travellers that's fine. For others, especially families with babies or anyone who has had items go missing, one question matters: was my laundry washed on its own?

Why some shops mix loads

A big washer is cheaper to run full. When three customers each bring 2 kg, putting them in one machine saves time, water and power. Some shops do it; travellers who walked in have described seeing everything "just thrown in together, whatever the fabric or colour".

Why it matters to you

  • Hygiene. Underwear, baby clothes and towels from strangers in the same drum is not something everyone is fine with.
  • Mix-ups. When loads are combined, they have to be split again by hand. That's where a sock, a pair of jeans or a child's top ends up in someone else's bag. Lost or swapped items are one of the most common complaints in laundry reviews.
  • Colour. Someone else's new red shirt can bleed onto your whites.

The question to ask

"Separate" can mean two different things, so be precise:

  1. "Is my order washed alone, in its own machine and its own dryer?" This is about other customers.
  2. "Can you split my whites and colours?" This is about your own clothes, and some shops charge per extra machine.

In Vietnamese, the first one is: "Đồ của tôi có giặt riêng một máy không?"

If the answer is vague, or "yes, but small orders get combined", you know where you stand.

How it works at NightGo

  • Every order gets its own washer and its own dryer. Never shared with another customer, even if you bring 1–2 kg, and at no extra cost.
  • LG Commercial 13 kg washers (LG's line built for laundries) and LG 10 kg dryers.
  • Without a note, everything in your order is washed together in your machine. Want your own whites, colours or kids' clothes split further? That's 60,000₫ per extra machine, only if you ask, and we tell you before adding it.
  • One bag in, one bag out: your clothes don't meet anyone else's, so there's nothing to sort apart afterwards.
  • Wash, tumble dry and fold for 45,000₫ per kg (about US$1.75), ready in 3–4 hours; express 55,000₫/kg in 1–2 hours; under 3 kg, a flat 130,000₫. We weigh your clothes dry and send you a photo of the scale with the total. Open 24/7 at Alley 124 Tran Hung Dao, Duong Dong. Pickup and delivery 8am–10pm, from 50,000₫ per order, quoted for your address before we come.

FAQ

Do you ever combine small orders to fill a machine? No. Each order has its own washer and dryer, whatever the weight.

Does a machine of my own cost extra? No, it's included in the regular price (45,000₫/kg, or a flat 130,000₫ under 3 kg). The 60,000₫ per machine applies only if you want your own clothes split across more than one machine.

Can baby clothes go in a separate machine from mine? Yes. Write "wash kids' clothes separately" in your note. It's 60,000₫ for the extra machine, and we confirm before washing.
