Standard or express?

Standard suits most people: drop off in the morning and you'll have fresh clothes for the afternoon. Express is for when time is tight, say you're heading to the airport or need something dry to wear tonight. Just tell us which one when you message; if you don't say, we'll treat it as standard.

What does the price include?

One price covers all three steps: washing in 13 kg LG machines, drying in 10 kg dryers, and folding so everything goes straight back into your bag. There's no extra charge for detergent or drying. With 4 washers and 4 dryers, there's rarely a wait.

Two things to know first. The standard service is wash, dry and fold; if you want whites and colours separated, kids' clothes washed apart, or ironing, add it to the order notes (we'll quote the ironing fee). Each extra machine for splitting your clothes is 60,000₫; we message you the price first and only go ahead once you agree. And this is water washing, not dry cleaning: suits, wool coats or anything labelled "Dry clean only" should go to a dry cleaner.

How do you weigh and quote?

No scale needed on your side. When you message us, a rough estimate is enough. We weigh your laundry dry at the shop (wet items after washing and drying) and charge by that exact weight; we always send you a photo of the scale with the total. You pay in cash or by bank transfer when you get your clothes back.

As a rough idea, a few beach days' worth of T-shirts, shorts, swimwear and a towel for one person is usually just a few kilos.

How long does it take?

Standard is ready 3 to 4 hours after we receive it, express in 1 to 2 hours. Beach towels, hoodies and jeans take longer to dry than thin tops, so if you're flying soon, tell us your flight time and we'll suggest the right option.

How does pickup and delivery work?

Pickup and delivery costs from 50,000₫ per order (about US$1.95), covering both the pickup and the return. Under 3 kg it's a flat 50,000₫; from 3 kg the exact fee depends on where you're staying on the island, and we tell you before we come. We come at the time we agree, between 8 am and 10 pm. Outside those hours you can still walk in, since the shop is open 24/7.

Hotel, homestay or villa, all fine. Just send the name of your place and room number, or drop a pin on the map. We reply in English, Chinese, Korean and Russian. Payment is in Vietnamese dong; dollar figures here are approximate.
