The formula is just kilos × rate (or 130,000₫ under 3 kg) + the pickup fee. So 4 kg standard comes to 180,000₫ + from 50,000₫ = from 230,000₫ (about US$8.95), and 2 kg express to 130,000₫ + 50,000₫ = 180,000₫ (about US$7).
