Which hotels do you pick up from?
We've picked up from guests at hotels along Tran Hung Dao near Duong Dong, including Sunset Beach Resort, Salinda Resort, Dusit Princess Moonrise, Lahana Resort and Tropicana Resort, about 1–2 km from our shop.
Further south on Long Beach (Bai Truong), we've picked up from guests at Sol by Meliá, Mercure and Pullman.

How hotel pickup works
- Message us on the website chat or WhatsApp with your hotel, room number and rough weight. A guess is fine.
- We confirm the fee and a time. We only come once you agree.
- Meet us in the lobby. Many resorts don't let outside staff up to the rooms, so it's the quickest handover.
- Your bag gets its own machine, never shared with another guest. We use LG Commercial washers built for laundry shops, then tumble dry and fold.
- Get a photo of the scale and the total in your chat. Dry clothes are weighed before washing; wet ones after washing and drying, so you never pay for water.
- We bring it back to the lobby. Pay on return, cash or bank transfer.

Book earlier from December
The island gets busier in high season, especially around Christmas and New Year. If you already know when you want your clothes back, message us a day ahead. Messages after 10pm are booked from 8am the next morning.

Pickup and delivery, both ways: from 50,000₫. Tell us your hotel and we'll quote the fee before we come. That's the price you pay, with no extra charges you didn't know about.
So a 4 kg bag on standard costs 180,000₫ for the wash, plus pickup from 50,000₫: from 230,000₫ in total. No night surcharge. Anything optional, like ironing or splitting your clothes across extra machines (60,000₫ each), is messaged to you first.

Do you pick up from my hotel in Phu Quoc? Very likely, if it's around Duong Dong or on Long Beach. Send us the hotel name and we'll confirm the fee and a time. Hotels further out can cost more, and we always tell you first.
How much is laundry pickup from a hotel? From 50,000₫ per order, covering both pickup and return. Tell us your hotel and we'll quote the exact fee before we come, with no extra charges you didn't know about.
Can you collect from my room? Usually we meet in the lobby or at the gate, because many resorts don't allow outside staff up to the rooms.
Can I get my clothes back the same day? Standard takes 3–4 hours and express 1–2 hours at the shop. Book early in the day and we'll agree a return time with you, between 8am and 10pm.
Can I message you at night? Yes. We reply 24/7 and the shop is open all night. Pickups and deliveries run 8am to 10pm.
